Masts for Suntel Switzerland

For Suntel Switzerland, we manufactured 8 antenna masts between 2024 and 2025. The masts ranged in length from 20 to 25 meters and were delivered to Switzerland, including anchoring.

The shell of the mast is made of large-diameter CS pipes. The flanges are machined and serve to connect all 3 parts of the mast into a single unit. An important step is the correct welding of the brackets, which serve as a ladder for climbing the mast during antenna installation.

After production, the masts are sent to a galvanizing plant and subsequently painted in a color specified by the client. For example, one of them was dark green to blend in well with the surrounding forests.

Our masts help Swiss residents get a good signal wherever they need it.
